AI Ethics & Transparency
for the people.
Artificial Intelligence is an essential part of my workflow. Here I openly explain how I use these tools and how I protect your data.
1. Why I use AI
I don't believe that AI will replace humans, but rather that it will make the people who use it more productive. In my work as a designer, developer, and consultant, I use AI systems (LLMs, image generators, ...), to:
- Automate routine tasks (coding, boilerplates).
- Solve creative blocks (brainstorming, moodboards).
- Create unique visual material (AI Art).
2. Data Privacy & Anonymization
This is the most important point of our collaboration: Protecting your business secrets.
When using cloud-based AI tools (like ChatGPT, Midjourney, GitHub Copilot), I adhere to strict rules:
- Pseudonymization: Customer names, company names or specific project data are never entered into prompts. I work with abstract placeholders (e.g. "Company A from the industry B").
- No sensitive data: Internal strategy papers, balance sheets or employee data are never uploaded to public models.
3. Transparency
Where the end product is significantly generated by AI (e.g. in a pure AI artwork or generated text), I transparently mark this. For code or design elements where AI only assisted, the result is considered a human-curated performance.
4. Questions?
The topic is complex and evolving quickly. If you have concerns or questions, I'd be happy to discuss them directly in the initial consultation.
